Carmine, who was born and raised in Italy, has more than twenty years of experience in engineering, quantitative modeling, management, finance, and restructurings. In 2009, he founded Revere Partners LLC (RHS’ controlling shareholder), a private investment partnership, which has since invested in several sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, property & casualty insurance, technology and industrials.
He holds a MS in Chemical Engineering (Politecnico di Milano, Italy) and a MBA (M.I.T. Sloan School of Management).
TERRY HUNSBERGER, D.O.
Medical Director (Contracted) - Garden City, KS
Terry has forty years of experience in healthcare practice, spanning from pediatrics, to obstetrics, internal medicine, surgery, weight control, preventive medicine and occupational medicine.
He holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry (College of Emporia, KS) and a Doctorate of Osteopathy (College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, Kansas City, MO).
He is also a licensed single engine and multi-engine pilot.
MERILYN DOUGLASS, APRN
Lead Nurse Practitioner & Compliance Officer - Garden City, KS
Merilyn joined RHS in May 2015 as the lead nurse practitioner of the Grow Well clinic, in Garden City, KS. In 2018, she was appointed as RHS’ Compliance Officer. In the last three decades, Merilyn has been focused on helping her patients achieve optimal health and reach retirement age in the best possible physical and mental health.
She holds a MS and a Doctorate in Nursing (University of Kansas). She is certified in family practice and is a Diplomat of Comprehensive Care.
In 2013 she received a state award from American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She currently is the Chairman of the Kansas APRN Taskforce, serves on the Board of Trustees at Garden City Community College, and is a preceptor for nurse practitioner students.
JAMI WEAVER-WARREN, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, RRT

Jami joined RHS in August 2017 as nurse practitioner of the Grow Well clinic, in Garden City, KS. She has twenty years of experience as a registered nurse, during which she has been delivering quality healthcare in Garden City, KS the community in which she was born and raised.
She holds a MS in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Hays State University and a BS with a major in nursing from KU.

Julie joined RHS in August 2015, she is the Registered Dietitian of the Grow Well clinic, in Garden City, KS.
Julie has twenty years of clinical experience and a passion for wellness, and her focus at RHS is on helping people incorporate healthy eating into their lifestyle and on finding solutions to improve their health. Her experience includes counseling and teaching nutrition classes with a focus on diabetes
She graduated from Kansas State with a degree in dietetics in 1996.
ROXANNA PARRAL
Lead Clinic Manager & Client Services Officer - Garden City, KS
Roxanna joined RHS in May 2015 as the Clinic Manager of the Grow Well clinic located in Garden City, KS. In 2018 she was appointed as Lead Clinic Manager & Client Services Officer, with specific responsibility for new client on-boarding and new clinic implementation.
She has over ten years of business administrative experience in a variety of industries.
She is fluent in both written and verbal Spanish.

Sheila joined RHS in January 2018 as clinic manager of the Grow Well clinic, in Garden City, KS. She has forty years of experience in healthcare and she is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.

Hayley joined RHS in 2018, she is the nurse practitioner at RHS clinic, in Dodge City, KS.
